The hotel felt new and modern, the room was a nice size and very clean, bathroom was new and clean. The Zinnibirri restaurant was a really beautiful spot for dinner we enjoyed it so much we went back each night! Lunch by the pool area was also decent! We enjoyed the private beach spot. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

The hotel was located in a beautiful and peaceful location (close to Olbia and the airport) with access to a phenomenal beach with pristine water. The location combined with the very comfortable sunbeds at the beach, a wonderful buffet breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spectacular view from the hotel were major highlights and made for a very special and memorable experience.

Booked this place for my first solo trip, where I just wanted to relax with everything I needed at hand (food, spa, pool, beach, parking, etc). The overall aesthetic of this resort is modern and luxe. The common spaces are beautiful and the views over the sea and sunset are divine. The beach is perfection - I absolutely loved it. Crystal clear water, tons of fish, I even had an encounter with an octopus! The pool area is stunning and comfortable. The grounds are lush with lots of greenery. The food was also ok! Staff was also particularly kind and warm. I didn't want to leave when it was time for check out, but they were fully booked for the coming days! Would definitely return.

Very clean and quite modern feeling hotel. Relaxed atmosphere when you enter the hotel. The room we had was a great size and had a lovely view of the pool, the sea and the sunset. Really stunning. The pool area is well looked after and a couple of different options for eating.

Loved the stylish, modern, contemporary style hotel. Lovely pool and absolutely out of this world beach. The water is so clear it doesn’t look real. Absolutely stunning. We were lucky to get a room with a view of the sunset over the pool and beyond the bay. We loved the staff at the lunch outdoor cafe by the pool and also the staff at the main lobby bar. Exquisite aperitivo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully located, modern hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool area was spacious and clean and the hotel is perfectly situated by the beach, which was semi-private. There was enough space everywhere (in terms of sunbeds and seats at the restaurants and bar) so it never felt overly crowded. Breakfast was a nice assortment from the buffet with plenty of variety and there was the possibility to order eggs "a la carte". The dinners were amazing. There was a daily changing 3 course menu, with at least 3 - 5 options for each course. We very much enjoyed the quality of the food and service here. The room was modern and clean and provided all needed facilities. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioning worked well to manage the temperature in the room.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and a delight. The views were amazing, the property so comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. Loved the “natural” landscaping, with pollinator friendly plants all over, and beautifully created.

Beautiful hotel, great views with a lovely beach a few steps away , the hotel is a bit isolated but the restaurants were excellent and the menu changed daily. Staff were charming and friendly.

Impressed about customer service/receptionists - excellent jobs ! Location is in very secluded place, but benefits of the private beach and clear water prevail over isolated place inconvenience. All rooms in our new building faced the bay and are very spacy and clean.
